• Manage and oversee a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collections in accordance with company policies.
• Contact customers through email or phone to collect outstanding balances, address disputes, and resolve payment delays.
• Maintain the collections report with comprehensive records of collection activities, payment arrangements, and customer communications.
• Collaborate closely with billing and account management teams to ensure that escalated disputes are resolved promptly.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate aging reports to prioritize accounts for collection based on outstanding balances and associated risk factors.
• Support ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by management related to collections strategy, reporting, and process enhancements.
• A Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or a business-related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience is necessary.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
