This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.
β’ Collaborate with seasoned PMHNPs to treat patients with low- and medium-acuity psychiatric conditions utilizing evidence-based methods.
β’ Conduct chart assessments and offer prompt advice on diagnoses, treatment strategies, medication administration, and clinical escalations.
β’ Review and authorize prescriptions, including controlled substances, when legally allowed and clinically suitable.
β’ Be accessible during designated working hours and at the conclusion of PMHNP shifts as required by relevant state regulations.
β’ Mentor clinicians and uphold clinical standards, documentation requirements, and responsible prescribing practices.
β’ Assist in broadening access to high-quality psychiatric care throughout the United States.
β’ Possess an active, unrestricted medical license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
β’ Hold an MD or DO degree.
β’ Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.
β’ Demonstrate strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication management capabilities.
β’ Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Comfortable providing care remotely and utilizing electronic health record systems.
β’ Commitment to delivering patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care.
β’ Ability to review and authorize prescriptions, including controlled substances, based on independent clinical judgment and relevant laws.
