ColdFusion Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement software solutions using ColdFusion, JavaScript, and Python frameworks.

• Develop and design software with SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL databases.

• Ensure all development adheres to 508 compliance standards.

• Work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum team setting, engaging in sprint planning, daily standups, and iterative delivery processes.

• Collaborate with NASA Product Owners to gather and comprehend customer requirements, ensuring that solutions are aligned with mission objectives and stakeholder expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related field.

• Equivalent professional experience may be accepted in place of a degree.

• Ability to obtain and sustain a NASA Public Trust background investigation.

• Experience in providing development support for legacy applications, particularly with ColdFusion.

• Proficient in modern development technologies such as Node.js, React, Python, JavaScript, and .NET.

• Experience in migrating legacy applications to Microsoft Power Apps, including data modeling, designing canvas or model-driven apps, and integrating Power Automate workflows.

• Previous experience working in the NASA environment or similar government entities.
