β€’ Initiate contact via phone with warm leads

β€’ Engage in professional introductory conversations to evaluate needs

β€’ Qualify leads based on established criteria

β€’ Schedule and organize consultation appointments

β€’ Document and maintain activities in the CRM system

β€’ Foster authentic relationships with decision-makers

β€’ Occasionally participate in events and trade shows

β€’ Qualify and convert prospects into genuine sales opportunities for THEFABERS through professional introductory conversations, consistent follow-ups, and targeted nurturing activities

β€’ Conduct and arrange qualified closing calls for the strategy consultants

β€’ Persuasive and articulate communicator

β€’ Preferably possesses experience in the marketing sector

β€’ Enjoys making calls and engaging in sales

β€’ Highly self-motivated and disciplined

β€’ Methodical and dependable work approach

β€’ Quick to learn

β€’ Capable of following established processes

β€’ Excellent proficiency in German, both spoken and written

β€’ Pleasant and confident telephone presence

β€’ Sales experience is advantageous; however, the right attitude is paramount
