This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Initiate contact via phone with warm leads
β’ Engage in professional introductory conversations to evaluate needs
β’ Qualify leads based on established criteria
β’ Schedule and organize consultation appointments
β’ Document and maintain activities in the CRM system
β’ Foster authentic relationships with decision-makers
β’ Occasionally participate in events and trade shows
β’ Qualify and convert prospects into genuine sales opportunities for THEFABERS through professional introductory conversations, consistent follow-ups, and targeted nurturing activities
β’ Conduct and arrange qualified closing calls for the strategy consultants
β’ Persuasive and articulate communicator
β’ Preferably possesses experience in the marketing sector
β’ Enjoys making calls and engaging in sales
β’ Highly self-motivated and disciplined
β’ Methodical and dependable work approach
β’ Quick to learn
β’ Capable of following established processes
β’ Excellent proficiency in German, both spoken and written
β’ Pleasant and confident telephone presence
β’ Sales experience is advantageous; however, the right attitude is paramount
