Cold Email & Outbound Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.

📋 Description

• Establish and oversee cold email campaigns, encompassing domain management, inbox warm-up, and ensuring deliverability.

• Create focused prospect lists targeting US agencies and small to medium-sized enterprises.

• Conduct research on prospects and compose tailored outreach messages based on accurate information.

• Develop concise, clear cold email sequences and follow-ups that maintain a natural tone.

• Execute LinkedIn outreach in conjunction with email campaigns.

• Handle responses and schedule qualified meetings with US business owners.

• Monitor and report weekly on emails dispatched, response rates, and meetings arranged.

• Take ownership of the cold email and LinkedIn outreach process from inception to completion to cultivate the outbound pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of direct B2B cold email experience, preferably focused on US companies.

• Demonstrable results, including metrics such as response rates and meetings secured.

• Exceptional written English with a natural and conversational tone.

• Keen attention to detail; every fact presented in outreach must be accurate.

• Familiarity with tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Access to reliable internet and a backup solution for power and connectivity.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm US Eastern Time (2pm to 11pm in Nigeria).

• Up-to-date CV.

• Brief cover letter detailing cold email experience, including one campaign and its outcomes.

• A short video introduction, no longer than 1 minute, presenting yourself.
