This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to present company products and services.
• Assess leads and collect pertinent business information.
• Address objections and transform cold leads into engaged prospects.
• Accurately record call outcomes and notes in the CRM system.
• Meet daily and weekly call and conversion goals.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Cold Caller or Telemarketer.
• Proficient spoken English with a neutral accent.
• Experience managing US or AUS-based accounts.
• Exceptional communication, listening, and objection-handling abilities.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent time management capabilities.
• Willingness to work during graveyard shifts.
• Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
• Proficient in word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
