Cold Caller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to present company products and services

• Assess leads and collect pertinent business information

• Address objections and transform cold leads into engaged prospects

• Accurately record call outcomes and notes in the CRM system

• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and conversions

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Cold Calling or Telemarketing

• Proficient spoken English with a neutral accent

• Experience managing accounts based in the US or Australia

• Outstanding communication, listening, and objection-handling abilities

• Capacity to work independently in a remote environment

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent time management capabilities

• Availability to work during graveyard shifts

• Familiarity with modern technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP

• Proficient in word processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)

• Knowledge of online scheduling tools and calendars (e.g., Google Calendar)

• Exceptional skills in phone, email, and instant messaging communication
