This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Responsible for training and mentoring Federal government and military personnel in both individual and group environments to cultivate the mental skills essential for optimal performance.
• Conducts assessments for individuals and groups, which include observation, data gathering, interviews, and consultations with organizational leaders to tailor programs aimed at enhancing and maintaining high performance levels.
• Participates in staff meetings alongside interdisciplinary team members and government leadership to ensure services are aligned with organizational objectives.
• Offers expert advice on topics related to mental performance, exercise science, and sports psychology.
• Creates customized curricula to support the human performance goals of the federal organization.
• Master’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sport Psychology, Human Performance, or other closely related disciplines.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Mental Performance Coach, focusing on the design and implementation of mental skills development programs for individuals and groups.
• Proven experience in delivering training and education in various environments, including both in-person and virtual formats.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions.
• Openness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Proficient in using computers, software, and technologies for documenting work performed, utilization, or other information needs.
