This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Systems & Automation: Design, create, and enhance sophisticated HubSpot workflows that automate procedures across Sales, Onboarding, and Client Success.

• Configure and oversee ticket pipelines, client status automations, Service Hub settings, and Knowledge Base framework.

• Convert business processes and SOPs into scalable automation solutions.

• Consistently identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through automation and system improvements.

• Integrations & Technical Development: Construct, maintain, and resolve issues related to integrations between HubSpot and third-party business applications.

• Develop and provide support for custom code actions to enhance HubSpot functionality.

• Collaborate with APIs, webhooks, and automation tools to establish reliable system integrations.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code, to expedite custom solutions and workflow development.

• Troubleshoot technical challenges associated with workflows, integrations, and platform functionality.

• CRM Architecture & Data Management: Uphold the integrity of HubSpot data through regular audits, property management, and database maintenance.

• Ensure CRM architecture facilitates accurate reporting, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability.

• Standardize records, properties, and processes to maintain a dependable single source of truth.

• Reporting & Documentation: Create and maintain dashboards that offer insights into operational performance and key business metrics.

• Generate reports to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

• Develop documentation, Loom training videos, and process guides to assist internal users.

• Act as the primary HubSpot resource for troubleshooting, training, and platform best practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in administering and optimizing HubSpot.

• Current HubSpot certification in Settings, Administration, Reporting, or a related field.

• Extensive experience with HubSpot Service Hub Professional or Enterprise, particularly in ticket automation, SLAs, workflows, and pipeline management.

• A strong understanding of HubSpot architecture, including objects, properties, associations, pipelines, permissions, and reporting.

• Proven experience in constructing advanced multi-branch workflows and automation.

• Experience in building or supporting integrations between HubSpot and third-party platforms.

• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and custom code actions within HubSpot.

• Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or similar scripting languages is highly preferred.

• Willingness to utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.

• Proficiency in HubSpot, Slack, Loom, and project management platforms.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

• Nice to Have: Experience with HubSpot custom code actions and advanced integrations. Experience working with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n. Experience in creating executive dashboards and operational reporting. Familiarity with CRM data architecture and API integrations. A passion for building scalable systems and continuously improving operational processes.
