Coding, OASIS Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess OASIS and document suggested modifications in the authorized system.

• Evaluate ICD-10 coding and sequencing based on documentation from the patient chart.

• Finalize documentation of results review; ensure that workflow processes are timely and precise.

• Record the rationale for changes and the anticipated impact on reimbursement.

• Consistently achieve chart equivalent targets and quality metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical coding or OASIS review work.

• HCS-D certification is required.

• HCS-O or COS-C certification is also required.

• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

• Exhibits learning agility; actively seeks opportunities for education, support, and professional development.
