CoC Manager – Western Europe, Americas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Regional Manager for Chain of Custody (CoC) overseeing Affiliates in Western Europe and the Americas

• Accountable for quality assurance during audits and providing technical support to designated affiliates

• Facilitate the growth of the CBE timber and paper certification business within the regions of the assigned affiliates

• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the Global Forestry Team

• Offer technical assistance and information to designated SGS affiliates

• Oversee the technical review process of CoC reports

• Conduct Technical Internal Office Audits (Level 2) as per the global audit plan

• Ensure the proper maintenance of the FSC Database

⛳️ Requirements

• Higher education in Forest Management or Timber Engineering, or secondary education with equivalent professional training and experience

• Must possess FSC CoC Lead Auditor certification

• Relevant work experience in the timber and/or paper industries

• Audit and commercial experience related to products, including the creation of commercial proposals

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, along with developed presentation skills

• Proficient in computer usage

• Proficiency in English, in addition to local language proficiency, is a plus
