This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage a portfolio of learners, fostering trusted relationships through structured individual coaching and group workshops.
• Assist learners at various levels of confidence and digital proficiency, tailoring your methods to accommodate individual requirements.
• Establish an inclusive and psychologically safe learning atmosphere where learners feel at ease to ask questions, practice new skills, and learn from their errors.
• Motivate learners to take charge of their growth, enhancing confidence through practical application and self-reflection.
• Guide learners in utilizing Microsoft 365 tools to boost everyday productivity.
• Instruct learners on the practical application of Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools.
• Help learners cultivate safe, ethical, and responsible habits when using AI.
• Assist learners in identifying opportunities to implement AI-enabled workflows in real-world tasks.
• Support learners in developing foundational digital support skills, including diagnosing simple application problems, providing user assistance, and troubleshooting.
• Progress, Quality & Outcomes: Steer learners through program milestones, assessments, and portfolio documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Operations, Product, and Curriculum to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365, encompassing Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or other AI tools aimed at enhancing productivity and improving workflows.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals, including the workings of large language models and their responsible application in the workplace.
• Proficiency in prompt-based interaction with AI tools, including the capability to articulate effective prompting strategies to others.
• Awareness of the risks and limitations associated with AI, such as data privacy, bias, security, and responsible usage.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving common application issues, along with a solid understanding of digital support and helpdesk practices.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical learners.
• Work flexibly while staying connected.
