Coach – Progressive Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Foster management practices that empower nonprofit clients to achieve high performance.

• Collaborate with CEOs and their senior leadership teams to establish ambitious objectives.

• Execute comprehensive “people practices” geared towards selecting and retaining a diverse workforce.

• Cultivate organizational cultures that promote high performance and uphold values such as equity and transparency.

• Oversee approximately three to five intensive client engagements, along with several additional, less intensive relationships.

• Provide services through coaching, designing innovative systems, offering strategic advice, and facilitating trainings.

• Proven success in managing a high-performing organization, department, or team.

• Ability to quickly immerse oneself in the unique contexts of clients.

• Knowledge of systemic and implicit biases related to race and gender identity.

• Skill in connecting with a diverse range of clients by building trust and adapting to various engagement styles (teaching, nudging, problem-solving, facilitating).

• Previous experience at senior levels within organizations, whether as an executive director, second-in-command, or department head.

• Background in the nonprofit sector or progressive political sphere is advantageous, though not mandatory.
