This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Growth Strategy: You are familiar with Meta Ads, TikTok, and Google, and understand which channels are effective for productivity apps.
• User Acquisition: You will manage campaigns from app installations to optimizing user retention.
• Positioning & Messaging: You have a deep understanding of German users and can transform "Rechnungsangst" into a marketing advantage.
• Partnerships & PR: You will leverage media contacts, collaborate with influencers, and develop content strategies.
• Analytics & Optimization: You have a passion for data and base optimizations on metrics rather than intuition.
• Fluent in German (native or C2 level) — our target demographic is within the DACH region.
• Experience in digital marketing — app marketing experience is ideal, but strong digital marketing competencies are acceptable.
• Hands-on approach — you take initiative and execute tasks without waiting for agencies.
• Growth-oriented mindset — you believe in testing, iterating, and scaling. You embrace rapid failures as learning opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — your goal is to co-found rather than merely hold an employee position.
• Equity and partnership opportunities.
• A 50/50 co-founder split, ensuring a genuine partnership on equal terms.
• Vesting and cliff provisions that safeguard both parties in case of early exits.
• Co-founder status: Together, we will establish a company (starting as UG and transitioning to GmbH later).
