Co-Founder / Head of Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• You will take ownership, develop, and manage your startup in sectors such as Biotech.

• You will embark on a comprehensive personal growth journey designed by successful unicorn founders and follow a fully personalized program that enhances your goal setting, time management, and energy management skills.

• You will receive assistance in hiring through our extensive network of over 50,000 professionals, along with guidance and best practices from experienced entrepreneurs.

• You will undergo intensive coaching to prepare your startup for raising substantial funding.

• You will work with us to refine your product until achieving product-market fit and receive support in establishing a sales team or creating an effective marketing strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are located in Europe or the Americas, or you are willing to relocate.

• You are prepared to take full ownership of your startup and aim to scale it to revenues exceeding €100M.

• You possess strong communication skills in English.
