Co-Founder, Head of Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovenia.

• You will take ownership of, develop, and manage your startup in areas such as EdTech.

• You will embark on a comprehensive personal development journey designed by unicorn founders, following a fully tailored program to enhance your goal setting, time management, and energy management skills.

• You will gain assistance in recruitment through our extensive network of over 50,000 professionals, along with insights and best practices from seasoned entrepreneurs.

• You will receive focused coaching to prepare your startup for securing millions in funding.

• You will work with us to refine your product until achieving product-market fit and receive guidance in establishing a sales team or creating a marketing strategy accordingly.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are located in Europe or the Americas, or you are willing to relocate.

• You are prepared to take full ownership of your own startup and scale it to over €100M in revenue.

• You possess excellent communication skills in English.
