Co-Founder, Head of Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

• You will take charge of, develop, and operate your startup in areas like DeepTech.

• You will embark on a comprehensive personal development journey designed by unicorn founders and follow a fully tailored program that enhances your goal, time, and energy management.

• You will have assistance in recruitment through our network of over 50,000 professionals, along with guidance and best practices from seasoned entrepreneurs.

• You will receive rigorous coaching to prepare your startup for raising millions in funding.

• You will collaborate with us to refine your product until achieving product-market fit and receive support in establishing a sales team or creating a marketing engine as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are located in Europe or the Americas, or are open to relocating.

• You are prepared to take complete ownership of your startup and scale it to over €100M in revenue.

• You possess excellent communication skills in English.
