This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

• You will take ownership of, develop, and manage your startup in sectors like HealthTech.

• You will embark on a comprehensive personal development journey designed by unicorn founders, following a fully tailored program that enhances your goal-setting, time management, and energy management skills.

• You will receive assistance in hiring through our extensive network of over 50,000 professionals, along with guidance and best practices from experienced entrepreneurs.

• You will undergo intensive coaching to prepare your startup to secure millions in funding.

• You will collaborate with us in iterating your product until achieving product-market fit and will receive support in establishing a sales force or developing a marketing engine as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are located in Europe or the Americas, or are open to relocating.

• You are prepared to fully commit to your own startup and scale it to over €100M in revenue.

• You possess excellent communication skills in English.
