This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

• You will take charge of, develop, and manage your startup in sectors like HealthTech.

• You will engage in a comprehensive personal development experience designed by unicorn founders and follow a fully tailored program that enhances your goal, time, and energy management skills.

• You will benefit from recruitment assistance through our network, which includes over 50,000 professionals, along with guidance and best practices from seasoned entrepreneurs.

• You will undergo rigorous coaching to prepare your startup for raising millions in funding.

• You will refine your product with our support until achieving product-market fit, as well as receive assistance in establishing a sales team or creating a marketing strategy accordingly.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are located in Europe or the Americas, or you are open to relocating.

• You are prepared to take full ownership of your startup and scale it to over €100M in revenue.

• You possess excellent communication skills in English.
