This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Assist in defining the product and its commercial positioning.
• Determine the most compelling use cases for AI voice agents within debt collection.
• Facilitate introductions to potential pilot customers.
• Lead or assist in customer discovery and sales discussions.
• Provide guidance on workflows, scripts, compliance requirements, and buyer expectations.
• Contribute to the development of pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Altamira’s technical team to prioritize product features.
• Strong knowledge of the debt collection and recoveries industry.
• Established relationships with agencies, banks, lenders, fintechs, or BPO/contact center operators.
• Capability to validate the product with actual buyers.
• Commercial motivation to secure initial pilots and customers.
• Contribution to pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
• Robust network within the debt collection or recovery sector.
• Ability to reach decision-makers and potential pilot customers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Commercially driven and comfortable navigating early-stage uncertainty.
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to work on an equity-only basis during the early phase.
• Equity-only compensation, with no salary at this stage.
