This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Strategy — Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), refine the pricing strategy, and improve product positioning.
• Customer Development — Drive pilot projects with practice owners and revenue cycle leaders, transition them into paid partnerships, and establish the go-to-market approach.
• Product — Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and iterate based on user feedback.
• Capital — Spearhead the seed funding initiative, leveraging FutureSight's network and traction.
• Team — Recruit and guide the founding team while establishing the company's cultural foundation.
• Domain & Workflow Depth: You possess direct experience in healthcare revenue cycles, medical billing, or denial management. You are aware of the subtle distinctions in denial codes and understand why administrative denials (such as credentialing gaps) can be particularly challenging, as well as the fragmented systems (e.g., Tebra, eClinicalWorks, Availity) that billers are compelled to utilize.
• Previous experience as a founder in a venture-backed enterprise.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales and customer engagement.
• Proficiency in fundraising, capable of crafting investor narratives and securing capital.
• Demonstrated skill in attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent.
• Realistic understanding of the risks and challenges associated with co-founding a venture-backed company.
