Co-Founder & CEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the strategic direction of the venture and oversee its implementation.

• Collaborate with our team on initial testing, validation, and enhancement of the business concept.

• Identify the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning for the confirmed opportunity.

• Manage pilot programs, transition them into paid engagements, and create the go-to-market strategy.

• Work closely with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and iterate based on user feedback.

• Lead fundraising efforts for pre-seed and seed rounds, leveraging FutureSight's network and traction.

• Recruit and guide the founding team while establishing the cultural framework of the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience founding a venture-backed company.

• Proven track record in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement.

• Proficient in fundraising, with the capability to craft investor narratives and secure capital.

• Demonstrated ability to attract, nurture, and retain top-tier talent.

• Realistic understanding of the risks and challenges associated with co-founding a venture-backed company.

• Generalist skill set with strong expertise in a key startup area (sales, technology, product, design, marketing).

• Relevant domain knowledge or industry advantage, coupled with a genuine passion for addressing challenges in that field.
