This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Collaborate with our team on initial testing, validation, and enhancement of the business concept, which includes prototyping to verify and market potential solutions, with the willingness to abandon ideas that do not succeed before committing to the most promising one.
• Identify the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning for the validated opportunity.
• Lead pilot programs, transition them into paid contracts, and establish the go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering team to launch Version 1 and refine based on user feedback.
• Spearhead pre-seed and seed funding efforts, leveraging FutureSight's network and traction.
• Recruit and guide the founding team, while establishing the cultural foundation of the organization.
• Prior experience as a founder in a venture-backed organization.
• Proven track record in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement.
• Proficiency in fundraising, with the ability to create compelling investor narratives and secure capital.
• Established ability to attract, nurture, and retain top-tier talent.
• Realistic awareness of the risks and challenges inherent in co-founding a venture-backed company.
• Generalist background with strong competencies in a crucial startup function (sales, tech, product, design, marketing).
• Relevant industry expertise or advantage, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for addressing challenges within that sector.
