Co-Founder – CEO, AI WealthTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish the strategic direction of the venture and oversee its implementation.

• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning.

• Drive pilot programs with independent Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), transition them to paid contracts, and develop the go-to-market strategy.

• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and refine it based on user feedback.

• Spearhead the seed funding initiative, leveraging FutureSight's network and existing traction.

• Assemble and guide the founding team while laying the cultural groundwork for the organization.

• Prior founding experience at a venture-backed startup.

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales and customer engagement.

• Expertise in fundraising, with the capability to craft investor narratives and secure capital.

• Demonstrated skill in attracting, developing, and retaining high-caliber talent.

• A pragmatic understanding of the risks and challenges associated with co-founding a venture-backed enterprise.

• Direct experience in WealthTech, including AI agents and large language models (LLMs).
