Co-Founder & CEO – AI Content Intelligence, Publishing Engine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the ideal customer profile wedge (creators vs. teams vs. agencies), pricing strategy, and product positioning.

• Transition from internal design partners to external users (creators, teams, agencies), validate customer retention and willingness to pay, and develop the go-to-market strategy through creator-led distribution.

• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering team to launch V1 and iterate based on user feedback, focusing on extraction quality, clustering relevance, and draft utility.

• Lead the initial fundraising effort, leveraging FutureSight's network and traction.

• Assemble and guide the founding team, establishing the company's cultural framework.

• Prior founding experience at a venture-backed organization.

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement.

• Proficiency in fundraising, with the capability to create investor narratives and secure capital.

• Demonstrated ability to attract, nurture, and retain exceptional talent.

• Realistic understanding of the challenges and responsibilities involved in co-founding a venture-backed company.

• Direct experience with the creator economy, marketing technology, social platforms, or knowledge work tools, along with familiarity with AI agents/LLMs.
