This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Establish the ideal customer profile (ICP) segments (creators, teams, and agencies), pricing strategy, and product positioning.

• Transition from internal design partners to external users (creators, teams, agencies), assess retention rates and willingness to pay, and develop the go-to-market strategy through creator-led distribution.

• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch V1 and refine based on user feedback, emphasizing extraction quality, relevance in clustering, and usefulness of drafts.

• Spearhead the seed funding initiative, leveraging FutureSight's network and existing traction.

• Assemble and guide the founding team while laying the cultural groundwork for the organization.

• Prior founding experience at a venture-backed startup.

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales and customer engagement.

• Proficiency in fundraising, with the capability to craft compelling investor narratives and secure capital.

• Demonstrated ability to attract, nurture, and retain exceptional talent.

• Realistic understanding of the challenges and responsibilities of co-founding a venture-backed enterprise.

• Direct experience in the creator economy, marketing technology, social media platforms, or knowledge work tools, with a solid understanding of AI agents/LLMs.
