Co-Founder & CEO – AI Communication Agents, Freight & Logistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Establish the strategic vision for the venture and oversee its implementation.

• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning for freight brokerages, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, and warehouse operators.

• Drive pilot programs with mid-sized to large freight brokerages, transition them into paid contracts, and develop a go-to-market strategy aimed at Heads of Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations.

• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and refine the product based on user feedback, prioritizing TMS and load board integrations, the quality of conversational AI, and the execution of autonomous workflows.

• Spearhead the seed funding round, leveraging FutureSight's network and market traction.

• Assemble and guide the founding team while establishing the foundational culture of the company.

• Prior experience in a founding role at a venture-backed organization.

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales and customer engagement.

• Proficient in fundraising, including crafting investor narratives and securing capital.

• Established capability to attract, nurture, and retain exceptional talent.

• A realistic understanding of the challenges and responsibilities associated with co-founding a venture-backed enterprise.

• Direct experience in logistics, supply chain management, freight brokerage, transportation, or B2B enterprise software catering to these sectors, with knowledge of AI agents/LLMs.
