Co-Founder & CEO, AI Accounting Agents for CPA Firms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Establish the strategic direction of the venture and oversee its implementation.

• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), develop a size-tiered pricing framework, and refine product positioning.

• Manage pilot programs with managing partners, CAS leaders, and outsourced accounting/BPO providers at small to mid-sized CPA firms, converting them into paid engagements and fostering a referral-driven go-to-market strategy.

• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and iterate based on user feedback.

• Lead the initial fundraising efforts, leveraging FutureSight’s network and established traction.

• Recruit and guide the founding team while establishing the company’s cultural base.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a founder in a venture-backed company.

• Proven track record in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including consultative, relationship-focused sales and customer engagement.

• Proficiency in fundraising, capable of crafting investor narratives and securing capital.

• Demonstrated ability to attract, nurture, and retain high-caliber talent.

• Realistic understanding of the challenges and responsibilities of co-founding a venture-backed enterprise.

• Extensive knowledge of the accounting domain, with practical experience in managing closing processes, tax preparation, workpapers, and providing client accounting services at CPA firms.
