This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Accountable for providing post-sales assistance to clients.
• Deliver technical and operational training sessions.
• Test, modify, troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and install CNC machining machinery.
• Organize and coordinate activities in collaboration with clients.
• Inspect machinery and communicate with equipment operators to identify issues.
• Evaluate data to ascertain root causes and suggest repairs or enhancements.
• Counsel management on equipment flaws and product efficacy.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or engineering technology).
• At least 2 years of experience in a Machine Tool Company.
• Familiarity with Fanuc Machines and CNC engines.
• Proficient understanding of PLC systems and diagrams.
• Capability to operate a forklift truck and manual lifting equipment.
• Proficient in MS Office.
