This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, update, and manage web pages, landing pages, blogs, and various digital content on both internal and external CMS platforms.
• Execute website updates utilizing CMS tools alongside HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Operate within component-based design systems and recognize when new or updated components are necessary.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on intricate development requirements, technical improvements, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Assist in content publishing, site maintenance, and updates across developer-centric web properties.
• Ensure that website updates are responsive, accessible, accurate, and conform to brand and technical guidelines.
• Discover opportunities to enhance website functionality, user experience, and engagement levels.
• Analyze website analytics and performance metrics to propose UX/UI enhancements.
• Create design concepts and oversee design and brand evaluations prior to implementation.
• Facilitate comprehensive website projects for product launches, events, campaigns, and continuous site enhancements.
• Collect requirements, set priorities, coordinate workflows, and provide updates in collaboration with product, marketing, design, engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct quality assurance across devices, browsers, and screen resolutions.
• Diagnose website issues, determine root causes, and coordinate solutions.
• Develop, manage, and optimize web forms, including those for lead generation and registration processes.
• Assist with integrations between website forms, CMS platforms, and systems like Salesforce.
• Implement and confirm analytics tracking, tagging, and reporting specifications.
• Support performance reporting and deliver actionable insights.
• Utilize SEO best practices, including metadata, content structuring, and website optimization techniques.
• Employ AI tools to expedite development, content publishing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance processes.
• Identify automation possibilities for repetitive CMS tasks, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Review and validate AI-assisted work prior to launch.
• 3–5 years of experience in web development, CMS management, or a combined web production/development role.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Practical experience in building and maintaining websites using enterprise CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with component-based website designs and reusable design systems.
• Experience in supporting website launches, content publishing, and ongoing site optimization efforts.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to convert performance insights into actionable website improvements.
• Proficiency with web analytics tools to assess site performance and user engagement.
• Strong QA and troubleshooting capabilities with an exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to facilitate development, automation, debugging, and productivity enhancements.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable assuming ownership of workstreams, proactively identifying issues, and working autonomously.
