CMS Associate, Adobe Experience Manager

📋 Description

• Develop, modify, and publish web pages in AEM Sites utilizing current components, editable templates, content fragments, and experience fragments.

• Ensure page layouts are accurate and consistent, adhering to approved designs and content standards.

• Confirm that all content is published accurately across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.

• Upload and format text, images, videos, banners, and multimedia content in accordance with established editorial and brand guidelines.

• Maintain consistency in content formatting, readability, and visual quality across pages and templates.

• Oversee digital assets within AEM Assets (DAM).

• Upload assets, implement metadata and tags, organize folders, and uphold proper asset governance and structure.

• Ensure that assets are optimized and correctly referenced across pages and components.

• Assist in content rollouts across various sites, markets, and languages utilizing AEM Multi Site Manager (MSM).

• Guarantee that all published content adheres to:

• - Brand guidelines

• - Editorial standards

• - Tone of voice

• - Terminology consistency

• - Authoring governance processes

• Implement SEO best practices, including:

• - Metadata

• - Alt text

• - Page titles

• - Structured URLs

• - Internal linking

• Review pages prior to publishing to ensure:

• - Correct formatting

• - Functional links

• - Responsive rendering

• - Content accuracy

• - Component consistency

• Identify and report issues related to authoring, publishing, components, or rendering.

• Maintain and refresh existing website content.

• Collaborate closely with CMS managers, content authors, designers, developers, QA teams, and marketing stakeholders.

• Enhance knowledge of AEM features, workflows, and enterprise CMS best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in web content authoring, CMS operations, or digital publishing.

• Practical experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS platforms such as:

• - Sitecore

• - Optimizely

• - WordPress

• - Contentful

• Experience working in Agile or workflow-driven settings with cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable navigating structured processes, governance models, and publishing standards.
