This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Ensure that everything runs smoothly at your childcare location

• Collaborate with your colleagues to create a warm, safe, and inspiring environment

• Lead an enthusiastic team of educational professionals

• Monitor quality and ensure that your location complies with all applicable laws and regulations

• Invest in the growth and development of your team

• Coordinate administrative tasks and take budget responsibility for the cluster

• Maintain contact with parents and act as a point of reference

• Discuss the development of children and liaise or mediate with external experts

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess natural leadership qualities and strong social skills

• You have excellent planning and organizational abilities

• You are proactive and entrepreneurial

• You communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with professionalism

• You are (self)reflective and willing to continuously invest in the growth of your personal leadership

• You hold a completed HBO degree (preferably in management)

• You have experience in a leadership role

• You are available 28 to 32 hours per week (4 days)

• You have your own transportation (car)
