Cluster Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactical initiatives for designated products, portfolios, or markets.

• Gather insights from customers, markets, and stakeholders to aid in commercial decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and analyze market trends.

• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to boost customer engagement, enhance sales enablement, promote CRM adoption, and optimize engagement planning.

• Oversee digital and omnichannel marketing efforts, which include email campaigns, web content, social media initiatives, digital assets, and the optimization of campaign performance.

• Assist with pricing analyses, business case development, channel programs, distributor collaboration, and execution of marketing projects.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and governance requirements.

• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally as required by business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Experience in regional healthcare, medical device sectors, or developing market environments.

• Proven track record of working with distributors, channel partners, and commercial stakeholders.

• Capability to convert customer insights and performance data into actionable strategies.

• Strong knowledge of product and channel marketing, customer and market insights, digital marketing, CRM, brand management, commercial excellence, and sales enablement.

• Experience in supporting marketing strategy, executing campaigns, developing customer engagement programs, conducting business analytics, pricing analysis, and managing cross-functional projects.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Polish.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management abilities.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
