This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Provide Level 1 technical support for production platforms and services.
• Manage incidents in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain efficient communication with the client.
• Document the support provided.
• Create testing labs and troubleshoot on servers and networking.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Cloud Support Engineer, SRE, or a similar role.
• Experience in ticket management and support processes (Jira, ServiceNow).
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced Linux skills in production environments.
• Networking knowledge in Linux.
• Experience with mission-critical production systems.
• Ability to automate repetitive tasks using Bash and Ansible and/or Python.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
