This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.
• Delivering exceptional support experiences through live chat, email, and shared Slack channels.
• Performing technical troubleshooting for all IaaS and PaaS products.
• Occasionally addressing non-technical customer inquiries and account-related questions.
• Offering support and technical troubleshooting for Linux and Windows server environments.
• Helping users optimize their UpCloud environments to make the most of cloud-native products.
• Developing and maintaining both internal and external technical documentation.
• Responsible for data tagging and analysis aimed at enhancing service quality.
• Collaborating with the team and across the company to contribute to internal improvements.
• A genuine customer-service mindset and a commitment to providing Europe's finest technical customer service.
• A few years of experience in technical support and/or customer support roles within the internet infrastructure sector.
• Sufficient knowledge of Linux and Windows-based server technologies to offer customer guidance.
• A solid understanding of the fundamentals of cloud computing, including networking, servers, and Platform as a Service products.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
