This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Provides technical support and troubleshooting for clients or internal teams concerning hardware, software, or infrastructure challenges.
• Serves as a liaison between users and development teams, facilitating smooth system performance and effective issue resolution.
• Concentrates on delivering technical assistance to customers or internal teams, diagnosing problems, and ensuring uninterrupted system functionality.
• Diagnoses issues across various platforms including Windows, Linux, and Mac.
• Tasked with documenting the system's configuration.
• Guides clients through a series of steps, whether by phone, email, or chat, until their technical issue is resolved.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Telecom/Computer).
• Preferred certifications (considered a plus): CCNA, MCSE, MCSA, MCITP, MOS, HCNA, HCIA, CCNA-SECURITY, SolarWinds SCP, VMware, Veeam, O365.
• Highly technical, organized, and possessing outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
