This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, and execute policy-based routing along with load balancing.

• At least 3 years of experience in Azure Cloud support.

• Serve as an escalation point for technicians, diagnosing and resolving high-priority incidents in accordance with ITIL best practices.

• Create, maintain, and train on documentation for standard operating procedures, best practices, and customer-specific runbooks, including automation processes.

• Provide exceptional client service throughout the entire service lifecycle.

• Set up monitoring and alerting for both physical and virtual infrastructure. Manage and maintain physical and virtual components (including Atmosera’s management stack) and perform quality assurance checks on migrated and greenfield environments.

• Ensure compliance with frameworks including FedRAMP, IRS 1075, NIST-800, CSI Benchmarks, PCI-DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, SOC 1 & SOC 2, along with internal security best practices.

• Manage and administer Windows and Linux Servers, and configure and manage hypervisors (Hyper-V and VMware).

• Participate in an on-call rotation for escalated support to meet SLAs.

• Implement automation using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bicep) and CI/CD practices for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of experience in support administration, particularly with Azure Cloud.

• Proficiency in automation with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bicep) and CI/CD practices.

• Experience with network platforms and firewalls, including VPNs, policy management, load balancing, and policy-based routing.

• Backup & Recovery: Proven ability to optimize Commvault performance and resolve complex issues.

• Familiarity with hypervisors (Hyper-V, VMware).

• Knowledge of ITIL best practices for incident and problem management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical information to clients.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on root-cause analysis, knowledge development, and process creation.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Microsoft Azure Admin (AZ 104) certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment, or termination may occur.

• Must be able to pass a US Public Trust background check.
