Cloud Presales Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and craft innovative technical solutions that meet business goals.

• Deliver engaging demonstrations of Blue Mantis products and platforms, highlighting their capabilities and value propositions.

• Create and present comprehensive technical proposals, including solution architectures and statements of work.

• Generate precise and timely customer quotes, ensuring compliance with solution scope and pricing standards.

• Act as a technical consultant throughout the sales cycle, addressing customer inquiries and resolving objections.

• Ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to onboarding, assisting customers as they embark on their journey with Blue Mantis.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Blue Mantis offerings to uphold expertise and credibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in implementing cloud computing solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Google, and AWS.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Demonstrated experience in a solution architect or pre-sales engineering capacity.

• Strong technical foundation in cloud, networking, or enterprise IT platforms.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to convey complex concepts to varied audiences.

• Experience in quote generation and customer onboarding processes is highly advantageous.
