Cloud Operations Architect – AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide team members in IT operations.

• Take ownership and expand our AWS infrastructure.

• Create and sustain automated CI/CD pipelines.

• Enhance operational maturity through comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and change management protocols.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver infrastructure solutions.

• Drive incident response efforts and facilitate blameless post-mortem analyses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, ECS, Fargate, IAM, IaC, networking, security groups).

• Solid experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and CircleCI.

• Proven experience in managing and nurturing technical team members.

• History of successfully implementing sustainable operational processes.

• Knowledge of cloud security best practices, IAM policies, and SOC 2 requirements.

• Capability to simplify technical complexities into understandable explanations.
