This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute advanced troubleshooting for intricate cloud-related issues, encompassing priority 1 incidents, service disruptions, performance issues, and escalations from cross-functional teams.
• Conduct testing and production upgrades on hosted systems for applications within the Jenzabar One ecosystem.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with various business units to support hosted customers.
• Deliver root cause analysis, comprehensive incident reports, and post-mortem evaluations for resolved incidents.
• Contribute to process enhancements for business operations within Cloud Services, including task automation.
• Provide exceptional customer support for incidents related to cloud services.
• Offer SQL Server support encompassing configuration (e.g., Maintenance Plans, SQL Agent Jobs, dbmail, etc.), troubleshooting (e.g., Jenzabar One-delivered objects, general performance issues, etc.), and T-SQL scripting.
• Assist in supporting the Jenzabar One application stack.
• Act as an escalation point for Cloud Operations Specialist I, II, application Support, and the Network Operations Center (NOC) team.
• Provide onboarding training, guidance, and mentorship to junior Cloud Operations Specialists, aiding in their technical skill development.
• Facilitate the creation of documentation for standards, processes, knowledgebase articles, checklists, etc.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager of Cloud Systems or other Cloud Services leadership.
• 4-6 years of experience in a cloud or systems administration position.
• Availability to work 2nd shift EST hours.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced understanding of cloud technologies, networking, automation tools, and security.
• Familiarity with one or more scripting languages (e.g., T-SQL, PowerShell, Python).
• Proficient troubleshooting capabilities and the ability to resolve complex cloud-related challenges.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes), and cloud solution certifications are preferred.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. Must be capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
