Cloud Network Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and create network components, including the planning and implementation of new network features.

• Enhance existing components and maintain a stable and efficient network infrastructure.

• Diagnose network issues; analyze and resolve problems effectively.

• Develop and deploy automation solutions for network configurations and CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools such as Ansible, GitLab, and Terraform.

• Enhance monitoring systems to ensure effective network observability.

• Collaborate with various teams and departments to optimize the network infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the Linux networking stack.

• Experience with Software Defined Networking (SDN), particularly with Open Virtual Network (OVN) and Open vSwitch (OVS).

• Strong understanding of OpenStack, especially the Neutron component.

• Familiarity with network protocols including Anycast, BGP, EVPN, VXLAN, and IPsec.

• Proficient in configuration management using Ansible.

• Fluent in English and willing to participate in on-call duty as part of 2nd-level support.
