📋 Description

• Assist with the support and management of AWS cloud environments

• Ensure the stability and availability of services

• Carry out operational tasks

• Conduct troubleshooting within AWS environments

• Interact with clients using the ITSM tool Jira

• Maintain effective communication with both clients and the team

• Experience in Systems Analysis and Development

• Background in Information Systems

• Knowledge of Cloud Computing

• Degree in Computer Engineering

• Degree in Software Engineering

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification

• AWS Associate-level certification is a plus
