Cloud Information Systems Security Engineer, Level 1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development, execution, and assessment of information security engineering solutions tailored for cloud environments.

• Take ownership of and oversee the creation of InfoSec engineering designs and their implementation.

• Detect security vulnerabilities and risks, and formulate mitigation strategies for cloud deployments.

• Design, architect, implement, support, and assess tools and services that are focused on security.

• Supervise the evaluation and alleviation of system security threats and risks throughout the program's life cycle.

• Confirm the definition and analysis of system security requirements and establish security designs for systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience; or an associate's degree (AS/AA) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant professional experience.

• IAT-2 certification is mandatory.

• One or more cloud certifications must be obtained within 6 months of employment.

• An active Secret clearance is required.
