Cloud Information Security Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, oversee, and enhance security across cloud platforms.

• Detect vulnerabilities, risks, and areas for improvement within AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.

• Establish and oversee security policies, procedures, and controls.

• Collaborate with CNAPP (Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform) solutions.

• Work with Web Application Firewall (WAF) tools.

• Track security events and incidents, aiding in their response and resolution.

• Perform risk assessments and assist in security audits.

• Partner with development teams to implement Application Security (AppSec) methodologies.

• Facilitate the integration of security throughout the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).

• Review security logs and events, recommending mitigation strategies.

• Identify opportunities to enhance the security posture of cloud environments.

• Generate technical security analyses and reports.

• Contribute to the establishment of security best practices and frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Cyber Security / Cloud Security.

• Hands-on experience securing Google Cloud (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and AWS environments.

• Familiarity with CNAPP solutions.

• Experience with Orca Security is regarded as a substantial advantage.

• Understanding of WAF (Web Application Firewall) solutions.

• Knowledge of Google Cloud Armor is an advantage.

• Experience or familiarity with Application Security (AppSec).

• Proven ability to collaborate with software development teams.

• Awareness of vulnerabilities, risks, and security controls.

• Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Google Cloud Armor.

• Knowledge of AI Security.

• Understanding of DevSecOps practices.

• Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS.

• Experience with security tools, log analysis, and monitoring.

• Relevant certifications in Cloud Security or Cyber Security.
