This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.

• Provision and manage sanctioned cloud resources, platform services, and access configurations.

• Oversee workloads, performance, availability, and utilization, responding to operational incidents.

• Implement approved security standards, identity controls, tagging, logging, and configuration guidelines.

• Facilitate hybrid connectivity and dependencies with on-premises infrastructure, networks, and applications.

• Conduct cost, utilization, and optimization analysis; implementation is subject to entity approval.

• Maintain cloud inventories, diagrams, procedures, configuration records, and recovery documentation.

• Assist with incident, problem, and change management while contributing to root-cause analysis.

• Support TDRA-hosted or other authorized environments once the target model and access are confirmed.

• At least 5 years of pertinent experience in cloud engineering and administration.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS in enterprise settings.

• Familiarity with cloud networking, identity management, monitoring, security configuration, backup, and cost management.

• Experience navigating controlled privileged-access and change-management protocols.

• Prior experience supporting UAE government or regulated cloud environments is preferred.

• Knowledge of TDRA-hosted environments and federal cloud coordination processes is preferred.

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation within approved governance frameworks is preferred.

• Preferred certifications include Azure Administrator/Architect or AWS Solutions Architect.
