This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Actively guide customers towards adopting Veeva and industry-leading practices.

• Comprehend intricate business processes and convert them into technical specifications.

• Execute system configuration adjustments and facilitate data migrations.

• Enable new product features and guarantee smooth integration.

• Diagnose system problems and offer prompt solutions.

• Design and provide training materials, as well as conduct training sessions.

• Generate analytical reports to aid in business decision-making.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions (e.g., CRM).

• Background in a customer-facing and/or consulting role with a focus on managing customer expectations.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong motivation for continuous learning and personal development.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Capability to work independently.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
