Cloud Architecture Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish and refine architectural standards for AWS and multicloud solutions.

• Assist development teams in crafting cloud-native application architectures.

• Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and technology evolution roadmaps.

• Advocate for best practices related to security, observability, high availability, and disaster recovery.

• Formulate strategies for scalability, performance, and cost optimization (FinOps).

• Implement and share best practices for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Facilitate migration and modernization efforts for applications to AWS and other cloud platforms.

• Collaborate with Security, Platform Engineering, and Digital Product teams.

• Assess new AWS technologies and services to enhance the company’s intentional corporate architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing solution architectures utilizing AWS.

• Familiarity with essential AWS services such as EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and CloudFront.

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Understanding of networking, DNS, VPN, load balancing, and cloud security.

• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes environments.

• Observability experience using CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog.

• Preferred: AWS certification.

• Preferred: Background in event-driven architecture.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Kafka and RabbitMQ.

• Preferred: Automation experience with Python or Go.

• Preferred: Experience in multicloud environments.

• Preferred: Exposure to SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices.
