Cloud Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Identify challenges within Intapp’s target sectors through both internal and client-facing exploration.

• Create solution blueprints and Celeste playbooks utilizing Intapp products.

• Develop solutions by conducting assessments, cataloging, and defining use cases.

• Manage, configure, and sustain best-practice configuration blueprints for scalable deployment.

• Oversee and deliver quarterly roadmaps for blueprints.

• Maintain feedback loops and synchronize roadmaps with product management.

• Influence future product direction through collaboration with product teams.

• Ensure that client-facing teams are equipped to deliver effective solutions and client experiences.

• Provide tactical field support to sales, pre-sales, services, client success, and support teams.

• Collect feedback and encourage the usage of Intapp solutions.

• Stay informed about the competitive landscape, relevant industries, and industry-specific products and solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• 5+ years of pertinent experience in a services, pre-sales, client success, or a similar technical, client-facing role within an enterprise software company.

• Experience in product management is advantageous.

• Proven ability to convert business requirements and needs into client-facing applications.

• Strong and demonstrated presentation skills in high-pressure environments with senior stakeholders.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Technically skilled in configuring applications.
