Cloud Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide support for Cloud environments (AWS and Azure), assisting N1, N2, and N3 teams.

• Ensure adherence to operational SLAs and KPIs.

• Support incident, problem, and change management (ITIL).

• Create and maintain runbooks and operational procedures.

• Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement efforts.

• Serve as technical support during critical situations in Cloud environments.

• Participate in CABs, changes, and releases.

• Assist in the technical mentoring of the team.

• Develop and report on operational metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure).

• Understanding of Cloud architecture, high availability, and disaster recovery (DR).

• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM and operation of critical environments.

• Experience in monitoring environments.

• Intermediate knowledge of SQL for operational queries and analyses.
