This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Attend and engage in all team meetings.
β’ Conduct monthly Quality Control audits for each staff member.
β’ Oversee the pipeline and pinpoint any deficiencies in our review process.
β’ Review the foreclosure sale date report and ensure that all files with foreclosure sale dates are properly managed.
β’ Ensure that daily reports are generated and accessible to management.
β’ Professionally manage all written and verbal communications with homeowners, clients, investors, insurers, subordinate lien holders, real estate agents, consumer credit counseling services, and foreclosure attorneys.
β’ Assist in the training of new hires, including auditing all files during the initial training phase.
β’ Capable of training and underwriting according to all investor guidelines.
β’ Able to adapt to change effectively and manage additional essential tasks as required.
β’ Perform any other duties as assigned.
β’ A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Collections, Loss Mitigation, or related areas within mortgage banking, mortgage servicing, or real estate.
β’ Expertise in all Loss Mitigation workout types and familiarity with all agency guidelines (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC).
β’ Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
β’ Experience with LPS/MSP systems.
β’ Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, as well as collaboratively within a team, with a strong focus on results.
β’ Skilled in multitasking.
β’ Capable of structuring workouts that prioritize the best interests of homeowners, investors, insurers, and clients.
